A NOTHER TWIST IN NATURAL WINES A few months ago, we introduced Le Naturel, which was our first natural wine made in Bodegas Aroa (DO Navarra). We already told you that we did not want to stop there, that we wanted to continue experimenting with this type of wines, which are made intervening as less as possible, and today we bring you our second natural wine: Le Naturel Reposado Tradicional. If the first Le Naturel was a fresh and very fruity wine, with Reposado Tradicional we are talking about a much less complex, subtle and delicate wine. They are both made with grapes from the same vineyards: the plot of land that surrounds the bodega in Zurucoain. They both undergo a similar winemaking process, intervening as less as possible and without adding any sulphites. However, this second Le Naturel, as its name suggests, goes through a "settling" period. While wines with a recommended consumption date are stored in stainless-steel vats at a stable and controlled temperature before bottling, this second “Reposado Tradicional” remains in containers made with noble materials, so they do not alter the natural characteristics of the wine, for several months. During this period, the wine refines and gains nuances, becoming a wine with floral, spicy notes and with a long and persistent aftertaste, a mysterious wine full of subtlety that intends to capture all the secrets of the grape and the terroir in the purest of ways. Le Naturel Reposado Tradicional is a limited edition wine, with only 2,274 bottles in this first 2013 vintage. Just like in the first Le Naturel, the proper preservation of the bottles at a stable temperature below 16 degrees centigrade is paramount. The reason is that because it is a natural wine without any added sulphites, it can evolve even faster, especially if it experiences extreme temperature changes. Stay tuned because there will be more new "naturales" on the way! DOWNLOAD TECHNICAL Le Naturel Reposado Tradicional SHEET
