As a result of the unwavering commitment and participation of every team member, Bodega Hacienda Lopez de Haro has obtained IFS Food certification, which provides transparency to the winemaking process and instills customer and consumer confidence.
Certification implies that safety, quality, compliance and adherence to specific customer requirements are guaranteed, with meticulous control through audits and inspections, by means of an effective food safety and quality management system.
It has been a long process to implement such a high level of demand in our everyday work, including the improvement, analysis, and rigorous control of a vast array of tasks.
We have monitored and recorded changes in areas such as order, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, pest control, good hygiene practices, bottling line controls, labeling, daily inspections, water and compressed air quality control, waste control, transport or suppliers.
Earning this certification is not simple, and maintaining it requires everyone's participation in a team effort to continue giving our best through our wines.
