Tasting notes
Colour
Straw yellow color, great clarity and vivacity.
Nose
Assemblage of floral aromas and fruits. Pear notes stand out alongside the freshest notes of quince. Cream and honey are perceived in the background aromas, which give it a very pleasant character. Mineral nuances bring complexity and intensity.
Palate
Harmonious and persistent. Its initial unctuous character evolves towards great acidity. An intense wine, with tension, very balanced and with an elegant finish. Leaves memories of a citrus nature that generate fresh and pleasant sensations.
