Aging
30 months in French and American oak barrels. Maturation in bottle for more than 4 years.
Tasting notes
Colour
Bright ruby with garnet edges.
Nose
Nose is intense, mature, original and layered. The aroma of mature dark fruits develops into coffee, chocolate, vanilla and balsamic notes.
Palate
Persistent and elegant, intense and bold, but not hot and robust. Well balanced, full bodied wine with exceptionally long aftertaste.
