Vintae consolidates itself as one of the best Spanish wineries at the Decanter World Wine Awards<\/strong><\/h1>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=\"https:\/\/vintae.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/decanter-wwa-2023.jpg\" _builder_version=\"4.0.9\"][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.0.9\"]Decanter<\/strong> is the only specialized wine publication that blind tastes in its Decanter World Wine Awards competition<\/strong>, an absolute reference in the sector due to its rigorous evaluation process. A jury of more than 200 experts, including 16 Master Sommeliers and 53 Masters of Wine from 30 countries, evaluate the thousands of wines that participate.<\/p>\nIt is no easy task to make a wine standout in a blind tasting amidst a staggering field of over 18,500 entries. Nonetheless, the seemingly impossible has been accomplished by achieving the highest score possible for not just one, but two of our wines in the competition. However, Jesús Acha Tinto 201<\/strong>9, from Viñedos El Pacto, and Bardos Moradillo de Roa 2020<\/strong>, have achieved it, with 97 points each<\/strong>, the highest score awarded by the judges, and the corresponding Platinum Medals<\/strong>. These are two wines that have not yet been released to the market: Jesús Acha Tinto will be launched in 2024 and Bardos Moradillo de Roa, the wine from the Bardos family town, this autumn.<\/p>\nBut that is not all. Jesús Acha Blanco 2016<\/strong>, with 96 points, and Riojanda Viñedo Singular 2020<\/strong>, with 95 points, won two Gold Medals<\/strong>.<\/p>\nIn addition, we obtained two Silver Medals for the new Hacienda López de Haro San Vicente de la Sonsierra 2020, which got 91 points, and for Hacienda López de Haro Crianza 2019, which got 90 points.<\/p>\n
It is the third consecutive year in which our wines have been placed on the podium of the best valued wines in the world at the Decanter World Wine Awards. In 2021 it was Classica Gran Reserva Tinto 2004 that obtained 98 points and in 2022 Classica Gran Reserva Rosado 2009 achieved 97.<\/p>\n
The excellent scores for 2023 position both Bardos and Viñedos El Pacto as two of the most highly regarded projects in Ribera del Duero and Rioja.
